1. Sign Up

Click "Sign in with Google" or create an account with email/password. You'll get instant access to all user-level features.

2. Talk to Hypatia

Go to Chat and start talking. Hypatia adapts to your personality, remembers your interests, and gets smarter with every conversation. Ask about anything — health, biohacking, business, code, research.

3. Upload Your Genetics

Go to Gene Lab, click "Start Your Analysis", and upload your genetic test file. Hypatia will analyze your variants, interview you about your health, and generate a personalized report you can email or download.

4. Explore

Browse the Peptide Lab, try Voice Chat, check your Memory Core, or visit the Arcade. Everything is designed to be discovered.

Hypatia has 36 registered pages. Access is controlled by your role and page grants.

🤖 Agent System

Hypatia runs 172 autonomous specialist agents — each one is an expert in a specific domain. Agents can be summoned by Hypatia during chat, run on schedules, or triggered by events.

How Agents Work

• In Chat — When you ask Hypatia something complex, she routes to the right specialist agent automatically
• On Schedule — The cartographer maps the system every 2 hours, the governor sweeps proposals every 15 minutes, the optimizer runs daily
• On Events — New user signup triggers onboarding, new proposal triggers evaluation, errors trigger alerts

Hypatia has a multi-layered memory system that makes every interaction personalized:

Memory Layers

• User Preferences — Your communication style, topics you care about, things you've told Hypatia
• Relationship — How Hypatia should interact with you specifically (tone, energy, approach)
• Task/Project — Ongoing projects, goals, context from previous work
• Behavioral Adaptation — How you talk, slang you use, pacing preferences
• Admin Safety — Admin-set guardrails and special instructions (admin-only visible)

How It Works

Memory is stored per-user and loaded into every conversation as context. Hypatia never announces that she remembers something — she just naturally uses it. You can view your memory in Memory Core and admins can manage anyone's memory in Community.

Phrase Rotation

Hypatia tracks her own speech patterns and actively avoids repetition. A phrase tracker monitors overused expressions and suggests alternatives to keep every response fresh.

🧬 Gene Console

The Palindrome Genetics Gene Console is a full genetic analysis platform powered by AI.

Debug Mode

Toggle in the Admin Shell Alerts section. When ON, Hypatia proactively asks users about bugs, auto-triages issues, and sends troubleshooting emails. Disable after v1.0 launch.

Every new signup automatically receives:

• Feature flags: translator, voice chat, image gen, file upload, artifact panel, memory sidebar

💡 Proposal System

Anyone can submit proposals — bug reports, feature requests, improvement ideas. Hypatia can also file them from chat.

Flow

1. Submit — Via Proposals page, chat with Hypatia, or support ticket upgrade
2. Inbox — Admin reviews and approves/rejects
3. Approved — Governor classifies: safe = auto-execute, risky = PTT
4. PTT — Operator walks through complex missions step-by-step
5. Archive — Completed missions archived with full execution logs

🔧 Troubleshooting

Voice Not Working

1. Make sure you're on HTTPS
2. Allow microphone access when prompted
3. Use Chrome or Safari
4. Close and reopen the voice page
5. Run the Voice Debugger and screenshot results

Page Not Loading

1. Hard refresh: Ctrl+Shift+R
2. Clear browser cache for hypatiashard.ai
3. Try a different browser
4. Check if you're logged in

Chat Not Responding

1. Check the bridge health indicator (should show green)
2. Try refreshing the page
3. If persistent, check /admin-shell.html → Resources for service status

Gene Upload Failed

• Ensure file is one of: TXT, CSV, VCF, PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG
• Max file size: 50MB for text, 5MB for images
• PDF/DOCX: extraction may not find rsIDs in heavily formatted reports — try uploading the raw data file instead

Option 1: Tell Hypatia

Just describe your issue in chat. Hypatia will gather details, offer troubleshooting steps, optionally email you a guide, and file a ticket automatically.

Option 2: Support Page

Go to Support and submit a ticket with category, priority, description, and optional screenshot.

Option 3: Admin Escalation

Admins can upgrade support tickets to mission proposals for complex fixes via the "🚀 Upgrade to Mission" button.
